Phase 2 of Project Fugitive has begun! If you missed the intro to this project, Stan Boyd has teamed up with Hank Graff Chevrolet of Davison, Michigan to build a performance package for the 2010 Camaro SS. These EVI performance package cars will be available for purchase at Hank Graff Chevrolet very soon! This is a great partnership and we at EVI are very excitied. Phase 2 began the installation of our American Racing 1¾ headers. These beautiful headers were a sinch to put on. They not only look and sound great, but also add an amazing amount of power to the car!

After installation of the exhaust, as promised, we got the car right on the dyno to see what these headers did for an improvement. The numbers were very impressive! 427rwhp / 453rwtq! These headers really woke the car up and gave it a strong exhaust tone that sounded good all the way through the powerband. Below is a video of the dyno run.

So to recap, the car orginally started out with 380rwhp / 394rwtq. After some dyno tuning, we were able to squeeze 405rwhp / 426rwtq. We then purchased American Racing 1¾ headers to replace the factory manifolds. After the American Racing headers, the car put down 427hp / 453tq! From just a dyno tune and headers, this car has gained over 47hp and 59tq.

Our next step is to begin work on the Magnuson Supercharger setup. I really look forward to get started on this phase of the project. With everything else responding so well with the car, this Magnuson Supercharger should respond even better.

Again, I would like to point out that these headers and supercharger are 50 state legal and pass for emissions in any state. So the car is 100% street legal and reliable! I hope you look forward to the next step of the project as much as I do. So check back soon for more updates!
